Peeling is helpful in following situations:

• Acne (Pimples): Peels can be added to conventional anti acne treatment . It speeds up the recovery from acne, improves pigmentation marks of pimples and improves acne scar.
  They are especially helpful if there is a social event like marriage and faster results are required. Also in pregnant and breast feeding females they can be adjuncts to local treatment.
• Melasma(Blemishes),Tanning: Currently available medicines in market for blemishes at times are not able to give complete clearance or produce redness and other side effects in some patients. Peeling is a very good alternative for such patients. It can be done in rest other patients of blemishes also.
• Antiaging, Rejuvenation: If done on regular basis( once in a fortnight/ month) peels reduce fine wrinkles, age spots, freckles, and dry rough skin texture associated with increasing age.
